    What a great purchasing experience. After placing my order, I was contacted to confirm the font of the engraving I selected, They gave sound advise and guidance on how it looks and which fonts are better for specific letters/names. I was kept up to date through the whole process until delivery. I bought two bags, so this is similar to the review of the other bag.
