Important

Recommended that you do not leave wet items inside the bag. PLEASE AIR DRY IF THE BAG IS WET. MOLD WILL RISE ON FABRIC IF LEFT WET IN THE CUPBOARD. This is not replaceable or refundable if the bag is neglected. 

Please note that any Sunscreen or harsh liquids split inside the bag and left in sun will create a reaction and bubbling of the PVC cover will result. Thandana bags will not be responsible for this type of damage to the bag.

    Hi Thandana
    The bag is great - it was a gift for a friend and she loves it! However, I had a query with my online purchase which I spoke to Liza about. She said she would speak to Danette and come back to me. On the 26th Sept I followed up with her again as I hadn't heard back from anyone. She said she would find out and that's the last I heard. Still, nobody has contacted me and I seem to be doing all the follow ups. This is the 2nd time I've had this issue with an online order where the price is advertised and then when I add to cart and pay, it appears to add 15% VAT onto the original price which is so annoying! I sent her the screen shots of everything. Would love to hear back from someone! Thanks
