Very disappointed, my purchase was a gift, it did not come with the long shoulder strap, when I questioned why, I was told to send a email, 4 days later am waiting for a reply.

It's sleek and it just the right size

At first I thought this would just be your ordinary average bag, but oh how wrong I was. It completely blew me away with its luxurious feel, details, the engraving, the padding in the bag, the pocket & design pattern. Honestly I was worried I would receive the bag & it would be wrong especially with what I asked for regarding the engraving in Greek but I got the bag & couldn’t believe what I was seeing - everything was perfect & it was so beautiful. They did the most amazing job. They have exceeded my expectations which I never thought possible.
